Losing interest in things is nothing out of ordinary. But why do we quickly lose interest? We would have some burst of motivation to accomplish a task and before long, we get bored and impatient. I too came across the same phase. Later then I realized, it is just our mind playing which wander from one thing to another and thus making us bored of one thing after some time.

Our minds usually insist on us to keep exploring more and more. And sooner or later you will find it bore with what you do and simply just pondering if things get overlapped. It is generally viewed as an unpleasant state and feels difficulty in concentrating on the current activity. Almost everyone suffers from the course of their lives.

It is nothing but a message sent by your subconscious mind telling you that this thing you are doing now may not be the state of passing time interestingly, so you move onto the other. Most probably, our attention was never designed to last for long on boring tasks. However, as time goes on it and takes more time and energy to make the same level of progress is quite complicated.

In recent times, our interest in things has declined even further to the crazy amount of instant gratification. We engage in every day and we get something new every time and that is what keeps us hooks substantially. It comes from within and not from your surroundings and that’s why the only effective way to deal and to change yourself enthusiasm with what you see or do.

Here are 2 main reasons why most people could not engage for long and lose interest within a short period.

Lack of flow in your current activity

Because you often find there are plenty of some other tools to keep you interestingly which you may feel hardly lack of flow and make you think like it’s not new anymore. To avoid lag in your interest, concentrate, and think that you are the actual one who desires for it. Hence try to have a constant love on things which will just help you escape your feelings of boredom a few hours or else the tenderness of boredom will invade your mind again.

Instant gratification

For example, when you get a new car, you explore and care like a new as if it is ever going to thrive and prosperity.some even go drive day and night in order to have instant gratification and then started losing your interest slowly as the day passes by. For in all case, I would like to pinpoint the statement spend equally moderate time to experience pleasure or fulfillment on things which you like and brought. So that your yearn towards it will stick for a long. Thus do not condition on instant gratification.

My conclusion

Change in life is constant. We seek for change…..be it our clothes, job or any task or sometimes people too. This we call it a law of nature. We as human gifted with great minds. So we love taking challenges and eventually when things get close to our understanding, we seek something new to take on. Make yourself perpetually involved in all sorts and also give birth to your leisure time.

Human tendencies have often shown that there is an interest in a particular thing until it is attainable. Once you attained, the interests tend to deteriorate. On the other hand, it’s good to be insatiable, so that you can take a look at various things. And also remember that few things take time to get interested. This also mean you need the same motivation tomorrow to make the same progress on it. Sometimes our patience can be revealed to us in small things.

“You deserve to rediscover your passion for things you used to love”.
